On October 24, 2025, the Ronrun team successfully completed the construction of an international brand store in Africa and returned home!
在項目施工地，王師傅與當地員工并肩工作。短短30天里，他不僅指導非洲員工熟練掌握各項施工技術，更在每天工作結束后，主動組織技術交流活動。令當地參與者驚嘆的是，中國團隊成員不僅技術精湛，指導施工能力也超乎想象。更難得的是，盡管面臨語言障礙，身處異國他鄉承受著工作和生活的雙重壓力，王師傅團隊總是以微笑面對困難，把快樂傳遞給身邊的每一個人。他的微笑感染了整個團隊，成為項目中一道溫暖的風景線。
At the project site, Master Wang worked side-by-side with local employees. In just 30 days, he not only guided the African employees to master various construction techniques but also proactively organized technical exchange activities after each workday. The local participants were amazed by the Chinese team members' exceptional skills and exceptional leadership abilities. Even more remarkable, despite facing language barriers and the dual pressures of work and life in a foreign country, Master Wang's team always faced challenges with a smile, sharing their joy with everyone around them. His smiles infected the entire team and became a heartwarming part of the project.
在非洲期間，團隊經歷了諸多挑戰。當地生活條件較為落后，停水停電成為家常便飯。有一次，在項目最關鍵時期，工地連續三天斷電。面對困境和緊迫的工期，團隊成員沒有退縮，他們動用自備的發電機，爭分奪秒，晝夜不停地輪流作業，最終保證了項目進度。非洲阿布說：“以前，項目施工，我們都是每天做完就走了，這次和融潤團隊每天施工完，都會組織我們復盤一下再走，看看當天有沒有問題需要解決，明天怎么安排等等。這不僅提高了工作效率，還讓我們學到了很多東西。”
During their time in Africa, the team faced numerous challenges. Local living conditions were relatively poor, and water and power outages were commonplace. At one point, during a critical period for the project, the site experienced a power outage for three consecutive days. Faced with challenges and a tight deadline, the team members remained steadfast. They utilized their own generators, raced against time, and worked in shifts around the clock to ensure the project's progress. African Abu said, "Previously, on project construction, we would finish our work and leave. This time, with the Ronrun team, we review the work each day before leaving to identify any issues that needed to be addressed and what to do next day. This not only improved our efficiency but also taught us a lot."
